Can your team use my personal chemicals and supplies?

Yes, we are happy to use any provided cleaning supplies such as wood floor cleaner or stainless steel polish as long as they are safe for our employees.

What types of chemicals will be used in my home and are they safe?

Fortunately we are green cleaners so all of our products, made by Shaklee, are completely safe for your home, children, and pets.

How do you determine the price to clean my home?

When we come out for your free in-home estimate we will discuss the areas you would like cleaned, options for your service, and the frequency of the cleanings.  For one-time only services, cleanings are priced by square footage.

What can I do to prepare for my cleaning?

It is not required that anything be done before your cleaning however it is always helpful to straighten up or take things off the floor prior to our arrival.  That way we can maximize your cleaning experience.

Does a major change to my home affect my price?

If there is a major change to the home such as an addition or reconstruction that affects the time needed to clean your home, we may ask to renegotiate your price.  The addition of pets where there was previously none may affect the price as well.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, personal check, and all forms of credit card.  We ask that you write checks out to Behnke Services. We also have a credit card swiper with us at all times in case you'd prefer not to leave a card on file with us.  

Will someone need to be home during my scheduled cleaning?

It is not necessary to be home during the cleaning however you are more than welcome to be home as long as our team can work without distruption.  We can also have a house key or door code on file if you would prefer to run errands while we are at your home.

Are you able to perform your work around pets?

We are fully capable of performing our duties around pets.  If you have a pet that is uncomfortable around strangers we ask that they be put in an area that we do not clean.  For our teams safety and health we are not able to clean up animal excrement.  If it happens while we are cleaning, we will ask that it be cleaned up for us to continue in that area or we will work around it if nobody is home.
