Bathrooms

  • Remove cobwebs and gather trash (if requested)

  • Scrub & sanitize shower/tub walls and doors (including door tracks) 

  • Clean mirrors and sanitize sink vanities (including backsplash)

  • Thoroughly scrub and sanitize toilets inside and out 

  • Wipe shelves, picture frames, baseboards, and door frames.

  • Faucets and shower doors are dried to prevent spots & streaks

  • Vacuum and mop floors

Kitchens

  • Remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fans, and gather trash (if requested)

  • Wipe countertops and appliances

  • Dust window sills, blinds, baseboards, door frames, and furniture

  • Wipe upper and lower cabinets as needed and front face of appliances

  • Clean microwave inside and out and empty toaster trays

  • Clean sink and faucets and wipe dry to prevent streaks and spots

  • Vacuum and mop floors

Living Areas

  • Remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fans

  • Dust and wipe furniture

  • Straighten pillows and blankets

  • Dust baseboards, doors and frames, stair railings, window sills, blinds, and lamps

  • Vacuum the floors, rugs and under all furniture if possible

  • Mop hardwood floors

Bedrooms

  • Remove cobwebs, dust ceilng fans

  • Dust and wipe furniture

  • Change linens/bed sheets (if clean ones are provided)

  • Dust baseboards, doors and frames, window sills, blinds, and lamps

  • Vacuum the floors, rugs and under all furniture if possible

  • Mop hardwood flooring
